Single barrel whisky aged three years. This whisky opens with a bold kick of spice, balanced by rich caramel and toasted almond. A subtle hint of floral gardenia, with a whisp of smoke in the background. Smooth and soft for a cask strength whisky, with just enough heat to keep things interesting.
A warm, peppery finish, refined and familiar like a well-worn saddle.

Finishing clean, it goes down smoother than a sunset over the Similkameen River.
